Rasak jamiu, SGH Academy left winger has bemoaned his side barren draw against Chekas United in the Fusion Football Championship as he further lauds the opponent grit for holding down thier own in a thrilling encounter.
The ongoing Fusion League Football Championship, one of the best grassroots competition is Nigeria entered it’s week two today being April 1st 2023 and the first game was the game between New York FC up against Sporting FA.
“We did our best but our opponent aren’t underdogs, they brought the game to us and it was a well matched encounter but we will keep pushing,” he said of the 0-0 draw in an exclusive post match interview with Sports247.ng.
Ok his target in the league as a player; “every player dream is always to get that higher platform to showcase the talents and potentials we are made of.”
“In this tournament, I have a target of 10 goals and I know it’s achievable,” he stated.
