Former Ekiti FA Boss Olanlege Delighted For Thuraya, Remo Stars, NPL Super 6 Successes… Congratulates All Winners

The Nigerian Football Ecosystem has recently been agog with various activities and the outcomes of some of them have greatly excited the Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Athletics Sports Limited, Bayo Olanlege.

Olanlege, the immediate past Chairman of Ekiti State Football Association, is particularly filled with heartfelt joy, “that my association football guardian and friend won the 2nd term in Kwara FA” while referring to the re-election victory of Mallam Idris Musa Abdullah Idris Abdullahi Musa as the Chairman of Kwara State Football Association Kwara State FA.

He is confident that Thuraya, as the leader of Kwara Football is fondly called, will build even more excitingly on the successes he recorded in the first tenure.

He further extended his congratulations to all State FA Chairmen who have emerged following the series of elections conducted across the nation.

In the same vein, Olanlege, popularly called Boyomay, is euphoric after “Remo Stars FC,  my favorite professional football club in the country, qualified for the CAF Champions League, a historic feat for any Western Nigeria Football club”.

He praised the achievements of the team tutored by Coach Daniel Precious Ogunmodede, even as he saluted the club President, Hon. Kunle Soname, for his unabated investment and support of the group.

The sprightly football administrator, further congratulated the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and the Interim Management Committee of the Nigeria Premier League for hosting a successful Super 6 Championship, defying all odds.

Olanlege also went ahead to extol the 9th league title triumph of Enyimba FC, while also wishing third-placed Rivers United FC well for the great feat of making it to the continent in the CAF Confederation Cup.
