The management of FC Niger Amazon has debunked rumors flying around Niger state and beyond that one time the state government try coming in to manage the club affairs but refuse by the club founder Coach B.Ladan and the current rumor in town now is that wife of Niger State governor Doctor Amina Sani Bello offer or wanted to take over the club affairs but again refused to buy coach B.Ladan.
In a statement made public by the manager of the club, coach B.Ladan through the media officer, Rilwan Musa Gawu, stated that the club management had never in any way met with the wife of the governor or her representative or any individual officially not to talk having any negotiation on the club. B.Ladan added by saying I was the one going after the government In respect of the club asking them to adopt the club or grants the club a support subsidy.
B.Ladan stressed that he had received calls and messages on the rumor, adding that the door is open for both government, the wife of the governor, and any individual who is willing to own the club to put forward their request officially.
