She returned even stronger in the final, lowering her time to 7.58s to finish 5th overall, a solid early-season marker that signals promising progress in her short sprint form.
Dennis extended her workload with an encouraging run in the 200m, opening her campaign with 25.35s—a performance that highlights the speed endurance she has been building ahead of the busy indoor calendar.
Her day concluded on a high as she anchored Pittsburgh’s women’s 4x400m ‘A’ team to an impressive 3:50.58, contributing to a powerful team display and underlining her value as an all-round sprinter capable of stepping up across multiple events.
