Nigeria’s Esther Osisike delivered a performance to remember at the 2025 Conference USA (C-USA) Outdoor Track and Field Championships, winning the women’s discus event with a lifetime best of 56.22 metres.
Competing against a strong field, Osisike saved her best for last. It was her fifth and final attempt that sealed the title, as she unleashed a massive throw that not only surpassed her personal record but also placed her well above her rivals.
