Enugu State Taekwondo Association Chairman Clamors More Youth Participation As It Promotes Discipline, Good Morals

Ebere Amaraizu, Enugu State Chairman of the Taekwondo Association, has revealed the enormous disciplinary gain of the game young participants as the sport which is beyond kicking and punching was originally tailored to impact flexibility, balance, muscle tone, coordination, and endurance to the body.

Ebere posited: β€œIt helps to inculcate confidence, self-control, memory retention, and adaptation as well as problem-solving. It also builds patience, respect, integrity, humility, and perseverance.’’

He further encouraged parents to allow their children to engage in Taekwondo classes and clinics as this will enable them to imbibe discipline, good morals, and values that can help them add positively to the society.
