Speaking on the impact of the games arranged under coach Eric Chelle, Inyama explained that Nigeria now has a wider pool of players to rely on even when some regular stars are unavailable.

“The friendly games are already yielding positive results,” Inyama said.

According to the former football administrator, the recent matches have allowed Chelle assess several new players and expand the depth of the squad.

“The coach now has more options to choose from,” he implied.

Nigeria’s last three games have seen multiple players handed their Super Eagles debuts as the technical crew continues rebuilding the team.

“We have seen many new players introduced recently,” he noted.

Inyama stressed that the growing squad depth means the Super Eagles no longer need to panic whenever key players are unavailable.

“The team can now cope better without some regular stars,” he added.

The former NFF board member believes the strategy of organizing consistent friendlies is helping create healthy competition across the squad.

“Competition for places is becoming stronger,” he stressed.

Nigeria continue preparing for future competitions while gradually integrating fresh talents into the national team setup.

“The Super Eagles appear to be building a stronger squad foundation,” many football observers believe.

The recent introduction of new players has also generated optimism among supporters regarding the team’s future.

“There is growing belief in the squad depth being created,” supporters continue to say.

For Emeka Inyama, the message is clear.

The recent friendlies are benefiting the Super Eagles.

Nigeria now has more reliable options within the squad.

And the team is becoming less dependent on a few established stars.

Because strong national teams require depth, competition, and continuous player development.
