Delta Force football club of Asaba has appointed Coach Austin Chinwendu, a.k.a coach Fuji, as its new Technical Adviser.
Coach Austin Chiwendu Holds a B.sc in physical education and also an advanced certificate in football coaching at National Institute for sports (N. I. S) is renowned for his talent in developing grassroots players and turning them into Superstars.
Coach Austin Chiwendu (FUJI), is the C. E. O of Fujyke football Academy which under his tutelage produced some players including Former Enyimba Fc and Abia Warriors Fc striker Peter Onyekachi, Former Abia Warriors Fc midfielder Ifeanyi Onyeali, Former Genk of Belgium striker Kennedy Nwangaga, Ex Golden Eagles player Chimezie Mbah, Rivers United FC defender Kazie Enyinnaya, and Heartland Fc defender Pascal Eze.
Coach Austin Chiwendu (FUJI) has also previously worked with some league clubs in the country, including Abia Warriors Fc (Former Chief Scout, Former Technical Adviser Abia Warriors Team “B”, Assistant coach Abia Warriors Fc Senior team).
He was also the former technical adviser of NLO side Vemard Fc of Anambra state.
Breed in Aba, Abia state, Coach Austin Chiwendu was known to have won lots of trophies at the grassroots level in Aba, Abia state.
He won lots of laurels and trophies in Aba, most notably the Popular Okigwe Road league in Aba, where he won it 4 times.
He is the only coach that won a Gold medal for Abia State Polytechnic, in football during the Nigerian Polytechnic games NIPOGA games Bida, Niger State in 2014.
