De-Lad’s Boxing Promotions has come out with a reassuring declaration that it is working hard to restore the confidence of fans and prove its long-standing quality in organizing standard events, Sports247 reports.
The statement comes in the wake of growing complaints by boxing fans after several hiccups in allocation of seats occurred during the outfit’s recent WBA Africa lightweight title fight on Sunday, April 22nd.

The highly-anticipated bout between Taiwo ‘Esepo’ Agbaje and Tosin ‘Sojar Boy’ Osaigbovo was marred by inability of table guests to access their reserved seats in the venue at Lagos National Stadium, Surulere, where a huge crowd turned up.
Agbaje won the fight, which was sanctioned by Nigeria Boxing Board of Control (NBB of C), following which De-Lad’s Promotions acknowledged a lapse in its efforts to deliver adequate comfort and attention to its premium guests.
However, the organization disclosed that it is determined to make amends and ensure that such issues do not recur at future events, while also reaching out to those affected, in order to apologise, address their concerns and offer remedies.
“We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and take full responsibility for the shortfall. Our team is actively engaging with impacted guests as we work to restore confidence and uphold the standards our supporters expect,” De-Lad’s stated.
