Chelsea gaffer Sarri prepared to allow Moses leave

Chelsea Manager, Maurizio Sarri is reportedly ready to allow Victor Moses to leave the club in the Winter Transfer Window.

The former Super Eagles star was a regular fixture of the side under previous boss Antonio Conte, but the switch to a 4-3-3 formation since Sarri’s arrival has seen him lose his place in the starting XI.

Moses, 27, has made just two substitute appearances in the Premier League so far this season and has been a bit-part player in other competitions too.

Defender Gary Cahill is also thought to be considering their futures in January, with Sarri sticking to a core group of 14 players for Premier League games.

Sarri is understood to consider Moses as a right-winger rather than a right-back – where he often featured under Conte – leaving him in competition for places with Willian and Pedro.

Manchester United have been linked with the former Liverpool star, with Crystal Palace, Everton, Fulham and AFC Bournemouth also interested in the one-time African Cup of Nations winner.
