In an effort to strengthen ties and create a harmonious relationship between Rovers Football Club of Calabar and the Ministry of Sports Development, the club’s Chairman, Ebam Ejen, recently led a delegation to pay a courtesy visit to the Minister for Sports Development, Senator John Owan Enoh.
