BURUJ SPORTS ACADEMY SKILL TEST: ‘ IT’S A PLATFORM FOR OUR PLAYERS TO SHINE’- CEO

-Trial Game Hold Sunday Morning At Agege Stadium Under The Prying Eyes Of Top Scouts

Apparently determined to build on the success of their recent trip to the United Kingdom where they participated in the English and Welsh Super Cup, today’s skill test and trial match being organised for the players of Buruj Sports Academy will provide another platform for the youngsters to play their way to stardom as top scouts will be watching from the sidelines with the mission to shop for exciting talents that can impress and prove their mettle.

This much was revealed by the CEO of the academy Salaudeen Waheed while previewing the exercise schedule for 8.00 am inside the Agege Stadium.

He also disclosed that Eko Future Stars have been selected as the opponents of the day based on the technical partnership his academy is building with the Lagos State junior team and the quality of the players in their rank.

“This morning exercise is far more than a friendly game. It is like a trial game comparable with what obtains in any standard football setting and our players already know what is at stake.”

“We will be having some foreign scouts who will be on hand to shop for good talents and any of them who can show what he is up to can be selected for bigger things. The scouts will be working in conjunction with our own technical department and that of Eko Future Stars. ”

“We deliberately picked the team owned by Lagos State based on the technical partnership we have been building overtimes and hopefully, we can continue to strengthen the cooperation and make it more rewarding as time goes on,” he explained.
