Broad City’s ‘Captain Fantastic’ Solomon Chinoso has given honest assessment of his side early collapse against Sporting Lagos after conceding a goal before halftime and also an early one in the second half of thier encounter.
Chinoso confessed that they were ball watching the opponent in the first half. Although, they did turn the outcome of the game around as they nicked a point with the clash ending in a scoreline 2-2, Sports247.ng reports.
“After the first half, our coach told us we can do it and we came back in the second half of the game determined to play and turn the tides around,” he stated on the drive which sparked the turnaround fight.
“The coach did his part well and we players we also did ours. When we got in, we knew we could do it, we didn’t just want to suffer that shameful loss, we fought and we got a point.”
