“As we countdown to the draws and kick off of the 2018/19 Nigeria National League (NNL) season, ABS FC of Ilorin have selected 37 players from the over 150 that attended its open trials”
“Kudos to all that came for the trials, some gave a good account of themselves while some fell short of the basic requirements.
“The 37 players selected were based on merits and showed the zeal to help the club succeed.
“We started camping today (Monday) and it’s expected to go for some weeks.
“The essence is to blend the old and new players together to form a unit.
“Put them to their pace, perfect work on the play and win games patterns we’ll use as the season unfolds and above all, instill discipline in my team.
“There could be a change of programme, it all depends on the NNL’ s time table for the season.
“My goal is to ensure that I have a team that will play good football and above all contest for a promotion ticket to the Nigeria Professional Football League at the end of the season.”
