Big Brother Naija season 5 Tv reality show gave everyone something to talk about as Praise Nelson was the latest contestant to be booted out of the show. The Abuja based dancer is the sixth housemate to be evicted after Lilo, Ka3na, Eric, Tochi, and Kaisha.
In the sporting angle, PSG lost the Champions League final last night to Bayern Munich by just 1 goal. Praise was evicted by 1 vote and PSG missed out on the Champions League by 1 goal. Praise and PSG were out of luck and suffered a similar agony.
This was the second time Praise would be among the bottom four determined by votes from the viewers. He escaped eviction in the first week, but he wasn’t lucky this time. Trikkytee, Wathoni, Vee, and Praise were the housemates who had the lowest votes. Just like previous weeks, other housemates decided who they wanted to stay and who they wanted to leave.
After all, was said and done, Praise was evicted from the show. He wasn’t fortuitous enough to scale through as he and Wathoni were level on votes. Kiddwaya, who is the current head of the house told Biggie to evict Praise. So a difference of one vote sent Praise packing his luggage out of the show. Earlier, Praise expressed his dissatisfaction over Kiddwaya’s tenure as head of the house. That statement made Kiddwaya blacklist Praise in his mind and that was the end product.
Eventually, Praise had seven votes, Wathoni had six and Vee alongside Trikkytee had five votes each. The other housemates didn’t show any sympathy for Praise who revealed that his younger brother’s birthday who had passed on in 2014 was on that same day. Thus, he didn’t want to go home because it was already a bad day for him.
Moving forward, Praise told the host of the show Ebuka, that he would open a dance company to help dancers in the country.
