BBHS Old Boys Shine as Former Students Join Stormers SC for NNL Season

Old Boys of Baptist Boys High School (BBHS), Abeokuta, have every reason to celebrate as two of the school’s outstanding products, Busayo and Taofeek, have officially been registered to play in the Nigeria National League (NNL) with Stormers Sports Club.

Busayo, who once captained Nigeria’s National U-15 team, also led Team Nigeria to the maiden Africa Schools Sports Championship in Algeria earlier this year, earning praise for his leadership and talent. His inclusion, alongside Taofeek, reflects BBHS’s growing reputation for nurturing footballing excellence.

In a related development, Sheriff and Al Ameen, also from the same youth system, have been loaned out to another club where they are expected to gain valuable experience playing in a competitive private league.

Meanwhile, promising goalkeeper Lukemon will remain with Stormers SC, continuing his development under the club’s structured training program.

The development has been greeted with pride by the BBHS community, reaffirming the school’s legacy of producing not only academic achievers but also rising sports stars making waves on national and continental stages.
