Aguda Targets ‘Respectable Result’ Away To Sfaxien

Rangers International of Enugu hotshot, Godwin Aguda is targeting a ‘respectable result’ away to CS Sfaxien of Tunisia in his side’s next CAF Confederation Cup fixture, sports247.ng reports.

Although The Flying Antelopes will be on away terrain for the game on Wednesday, Aguda, who has six goals to his name in the competition, believes they can hold their own against their hosts.

Following an opening group stage victory at home against Salitas of Burkina Faso last weekend at Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu, Aguda admits The Coal City side is breezing with confidence, but added they will not get carried away with the euphoria of that feat.

On the contrary, the Ajegunle, Lagos-born striker, who says he would love to score 12 to 13 goals in the ongoing continental campaign, stressed that Rangers will be on their toes for all 90 minutes against Sfaxien.

Aguda added: “We respect every team we play against and that respect will continue with the Sfaxien game; and we hope to come back with a respectable result.”
