While acknowledging that commercial activities during the games did not reach the anticipated levels, Boahene commended the organizers for placing Ghana on the international stage and providing a platform for showcasing local products.

Boahene seized the opportunity of the influx of visitors from various countries to market her organic products, despite modest sales.

She emphasized that her greatest joy lay in educating people about the benefits of organic products, which she believes are underutilized in Africa compared to conventional health items.

“The African Games has impacted my business. I’ve talked to a lot of people, both young and old, about the benefits of organic products,” Boahene told Sports 247 in an interview.

Expressing gratitude for the exposure the event provided, Boahene highlighted the importance of promoting organic products as supplements to conventional medicine, especially for boosting the immune system.

“We wish to have more of these competitions because it has united us,” Boahene remarked, emphasizing the intangible benefits of hosting such events beyond monetary gains.

Concluding, Boahene stressed that the African Games had brought Ghanaians together and fostered a sense of unity among them.

She applauded the organizers and expressed hope for future editions of the event to further strengthen national cohesion.
