The Gusua led AFN faction rose from its extra-ordinary congress in Akwa, Anambra state with 27 states members in attendance.
The Congress after its meeting gave a two years suspension to all the faction that held meeting in Abuja on Tuesday .
The Congress refused to accept the resignation of Solomon Ogba , and announced its break away from the sports ministry .
The board led by Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau also rejected the removal of Sunday Adeleye as the elected Athletes Representative on the board of the federation and as Technical Director of the federation .
