AFCON Qualifiers: Super Eagles camp open

Ahead of the AFCON 2021 qualifiers against the squirrels of Benin Republic, the super Eagles camp in Uyo was declared open in late on Sunday.

According to a tweet from the official page of the super eagles, the early birds were Keneth Omeruo and Samuel Kalu who were the first two players to hit camp late on Sunday.

The Super Eagles gaffer, Gernot Rohr will be expecting the rest of the invited players to hit camp before the end of Monday.

The three-time AFCON champions will square up against the Benin Republic on Wednesday at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo Akwa Ibom state capital before jetting to Lesotho for the second round of fixtures in the AFCON 2021 qualifiers.
