The Abia State contingents for the forthcoming National Youth Games have been invited to a closed camp commencing on Saturday, 23rd August, for intensive training ahead of the games.
Abia State will be competing in 29 sports out of the 40 approved events at the National Youth Games.

Selected students from the recently concluded Abia State Governor’s Secondary Schools Games are required to report at the Umuahia Stadium, the venue of the camp, early on Saturday morning with all necessary items for a successful camping and competition.
Furthermore, all coaches and team managers are instructed to ensure strict compliance and a productive camping exercise.
