The EuroMatch Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Matchday 6 continues with several intriguing fixtures across the country as clubs look to build momentum, recover from disappointing results and strengthen their positions on the table.

Sports247 reports that the League leaders Barau FC opened the Matchday 6 programme with an away point against Sporting Lagos in a 1-1 draw at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos, on Saturday.
Attention now shifts to the remaining fixtures, with Katsina United set to welcome Doma United after the Chanji Boys suffered a 2-0 defeat to Shooting Stars in Ibadan. Doma United, meanwhile, will enter the contest following a 2-2 home draw against Plateau United in midweek.
Plateau United will also be in action as they host Inter Lagos in Jos. Inter Lagos arrive with confidence after securing a notable victory over Enyimba in Aba before playing out a 1-1 draw against Kano Pillars in Lagos.

Elsewhere, Abia Warriors will host Bendel Insurance after suffering a 2-0 defeat away to Barau FC. The Benin Arsenal, however, head into the encounter with renewed confidence following a 2-1 victory over Ikorodu City.
Newly promoted Kun Khalifat will be looking to recover from their heavy defeat to Rivers United when they host Kwara United, while Nasarawa United will face Niger Tornadoes in another crucial encounter.
Warri Wolves, who secured a valuable point away to Niger Tornadoes in midweek, will welcome Shooting Stars. The Oluyole Warriors arrive after defeating Katsina United 2-0 and will be targeting another positive result on the road.
