Veteran football tactician and technocrat, Femi Soluade has popped up as a team administrator at Dazzle Football Academy of Surulere, with a mission to propel them as a leading structure for youth development.
Sports247 gathered that founders of the vibrant academy recently appointed Soluade as the outfit’s team manager, with a view towards tapping from his many years in Nigeria’s football sector.
Soluade’s years of experience date back to his days with Vero Bim Queens in the Women’s National League and Babatunde Raji Fashola (BRF) FC in Surulere, with resounding achievements attached to his name at both teams.
He is now serving a huge motivational role with his presence at Dazzle FA, which used to be known as Kids Corps, with Demola Adeleke as their captain and Uche Iyesele as the head coach.
“I am happy with this new chapter in my football operations,” Soluade told Sports247 in an exclusive interview. “I am no longer active in coaching, but I’m still motivating talents as a team manager and with a better impact.”
He is equally happy with the progress being made by players in different categories of the football development project that has training sessions at Abalti Barracks and Lagos National Stadium hockey pitch, both in Surulere.
