Nigerian defender Miracle Usani has officially completed a major move to Turkey after signing for Ankara Büyükşehir Belediyesi FOMGET Spor Kulübü, marking an exciting new chapter in her growing football career.
The Nigerian international is set to compete in the Turkcell Kadın Futbol Süper Ligi, Turkey’s top-flight women’s football division, as she takes her career to a new level in Europe.
Usani arrives in Ankara after an impressive 2025/26 campaign with Abia Angels in the Nigeria Women’s Football League (NWFL), where she continued to develop her reputation as a talented and dependable defender.
Her journey has also included valuable experience on the international stage.
The young defender has represented Nigeria at youth level with the Flamingos, before progressing into the senior setup with the Super Falcons.
One of the biggest highlights of her career came with Nigeria’s victorious Women’s Africa Cup of Nations campaign in Morocco, where she was part of the squad that lifted the continental trophy.
Now, Usani is ready for another challenge as she begins her Turkish adventure with FOMGET.
Speaking after completing the move, the Nigerian defender said:
