Nigerian attacker John Auta continued his impressive start to the 2026/27 campaign after finding the net for FK Teplice in their extraordinary 5-5 draw against Viktoria Plzeň on Matchday 3 of the Czech Chance Liga.
The talented forward produced another composed finish in the 54th minute, calmly converting his opportunity to add to Teplice’s attacking output in one of the most dramatic matches of the young Czech league season.
The goal was Auta’s second of the campaign, giving the Nigerian another important confidence boost as he continues to establish himself with the Czech top-flight side.
Auta has also featured in three consecutive matches for the club, highlighting the growing trust placed in him by the Teplice coaching staff.
The match itself proved to be an unforgettable contest, with both teams trading goals throughout the encounter before eventually sharing the points in a remarkable 10-goal spectacle.
Despite failing to secure all three points, Auta’s contribution once again demonstrated his ability to influence matches in the final third.
