Day Two of the Nigeria Women’s Invitational WT20i in Lagos delivered another round of commanding performances, as South Africa U-19 and Rwanda Women recorded emphatic victories.

In Match 3, South Africa U-19 Women produced a clinical all-round display to overwhelm Ghana Women.
Batting first, the South Africans posted an imposing total of 168/4 in their allotted 20 overs, showcasing depth and composure at the crease.
Their bowlers then backed up the effort with a disciplined performance, restricting Ghana and sealing a comprehensive 99-run victory.
Match 4 saw Rwanda Women continue their impressive run with a commanding win over Zimbabwe U-19 Women.
Rwanda delivered a solid batting performance, scoring 143/5 in 20 overs.
Their bowlers then took full control, dismantling Zimbabwe’s batting lineup and bowling them out for just 83 in 13.4 overs to complete a convincing 60-run triumph.
The results highlight Rwanda’s growing strength in women’s cricket and South Africa U-19’s title credentials, while Ghana and Zimbabwe U-19 will need to regroup quickly as the tournament progresses.
