The 28-year-old defender became available after mutually parting ways with South African giants Orlando Pirates last month.

The Buccaneers had earlier confirmed that Ndah requested the contract termination following a reduced role in the squad, having slipped down the pecking order.

Ndah has now committed his future to Al Shomooa, signing a one-and-a-half-year contract that marks a new phase in his professional journey.

The Nigerian defender first moved abroad in 2021 after impressing with former Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions Akwa United, where his dominant displays at the back earned him a switch to the South African Premiership.

During his time with Orlando Pirates, Ndah grew into one of the league’s most reliable defenders, gaining plaudits for his composure on the ball, physical presence, and defensive consistency. His performances at club level also translated into international recognition.

Ndah was part of Nigeria’s squad at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon and has earned four caps for the Super Eagles to date.

With his move to Libya, Ndah will be eager to rediscover regular playing time, rebuild momentum, and push his case for a return to the national team setup, as he aims to re-establish himself as a top defensive option on both the club and international stage.
