Niger Tornadoes have bolstered their squad ahead of the resumption of the NPFL second stanza with the signing of experienced right-back Abubakar Ibrahim, popularly known as “Babawo Pele.”
The former Remo Stars and Plateau United defender has put pen to paper on a two-year deal with the Ikon Allah Boys, marking a notable reunion as the club strengthens its options for the remainder of the campaign.

Renowned for his experience, creativity and attacking flair from the right flank, Ibrahim is expected to bring leadership and versatility to the Tornadoes backline.

In addition, Niger Tornadoes have also unveiled Baba Musa, a young and exciting attacking winger recruited from Maikunkele United. The youngster is seen as one for the future, with his pace and attacking instincts expected to add depth and competition in wide areas.
