Newly elected president of Nigeria Squash Federation (NSF), Wilson Egberipou has promised to run a system that will stand the test of time and take the racquet sport to ‘unimaginable places’ during his tenure, Sports247 reports.
Speaking in the wake of his emergence as the new squash supremo in Nigeria, while Haniel Hadison steps in as vice-president, Egberipou revealed that he wants to install a long-lasting and sustainable structure for extensive progress of the sport.

Egberipou, who is also a former squash player, disclosed, “My vision for the Federation is to bring about a total change. We are talking in terms of putting in place concrete structures for squash.
“I am working towards a situation in which, even when I’m out as the president, whoever is taking over will continue on that platform.”
He also spoke about his immediate plans for Nigerian squash, tops of which are giving more attention to community initiatives and emphasis on youth development efforts.
“We want to see grassroots development in all of the regions. We want to spread our impact and give visibility to the sport. We want to be seen in places that are unimaginable,” Egberipou stressed
