Super Falcons midfielder Deborah Abiodun says the team is confident of wrapping up their WAFCON qualifying tie against Benin Republic when they meet again in Abeokuta on Tuesday.
Abiodun, who impressed in the first leg in Togo, said the team has improved both mentally and tactically ahead of the return fixture.

“We did our best in the first leg, but we know we can still do better,” she said. “The mindset is different now — we’re at home, and we want to dominate from start to finish.”
The Pittsburgh Panthers star emphasised that the team won’t take their opponents lightly despite holding a 2–0 lead. She added that the support of home fans would be crucial in helping them deliver a strong performance.
“With our fans behind us, we’ll play with more confidence and energy,” Abiodun said. “We want to give them something to celebrate.”
Nigeria are aiming to book their place at next year’s Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, a tournament they have won a record 11 times, as part of their continued dominance on the continent
