Designed exclusively for head coaches of the 20 NPFL clubs, the program aims to sharpen their expertise through sessions on game planning, advanced training techniques, scientific coaching methodologies, human and athlete management, and scheduling.
“The goal is simple—elevate the standard of coaching in Nigeria’s elite league by equipping our managers with the tools to succeed at the highest level,” a statement from the organizers read.
This capacity-building effort marks a significant milestone for the NPLCMA, as it underscores its commitment to continuous professional development, innovation, and competitiveness within the NPFL.
With Nigerian football evolving on and off the pitch, this initiative is expected to foster a new era of strategic and technically sound coaching across the league.
