The long-awaited Island AllStars WERBLACK WINES Synergy Cup 2025 kicked off in grand fashion on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the Lagos Business School Arena, Ajah, delivering two entertaining fixtures that perfectly reflected the spirit of unity, friendship, and competitive excellence the tournament was built upon.
In the opening match of the season, WIZH Clothings made a bold statement with a commanding 2–0 victory over The Beats Electronics. From kickoff, WIZH Clothings dominated possession, displaying sharp coordination and disciplined defending that frustrated their opponents. Their clinical finishing and composure in front of goal earned them the first three points of the campaign — a dream start for the confident side.

The second fixture saw Lugna Properties edge past Drexel Apartments in a tightly contested encounter that ended 1–0.
