“We Would Come Out Stronger,” Ademola Adeshina Tells Tradesafe Fans As Preparations For Next Season Is Underway

Missing out on promotion to the Nigeria National League by whiskers after losing to Smart City FC in the playoff, Tradesafe FC has shaken off the loss and started preparations for the new season with top-friendly games.

The team has engaged two of the sides playing in the Nigeria Professional Football League, Kwara United who would be playing in the CAF Confederations Cup as well as Shooting Stars SC of Ibadan and two other low league sides, winning two and losing two.

“I have learned a lot from playing against the NPFL sides we played, Kwara United and 3SC as we’re trying to build our teams, trying our old players and the new ones and still even inviting more new players,” Ademola told Sports247.

“I believe the team would get into a good shape before the team gets into the Gold Cup preseason,” he added.

The coach expressly stated that his plan for the team is simply to get them into the second division in Nigeria and not the third division where they currently are whilst saying the club is going to be built around young players for sustainability.

“My plan for this team is to get them into the Nigeria National League and not where we are in the Nationwide League One Division and I believe this coming season would be better,” Ademola said.

“The squad would be playing with so many young players. We have a huge number of 17-21-year-olds and they are going to be the bulk of the team as I will still add more, he concluded.
