Nigeria’s Junior Female YellowGreens captain Chukwuonye Christabel has praised her teammates for executing the coaches’ game plan as the team booked a place in the final of the ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup Africa Qualifier Division 1 in Tanzania.
Christabel was instrumental in Nigeria’s commanding nine-wicket victory over Rwanda, a result that secured their place in the final and extended their perfect run in the competition.

The captain, who was named Player of the Match, commended her teammates for maintaining their focus and carrying out the instructions of the coaching crew throughout the crucial semi-final.
