The Flying Eagles of Nigeria delivered a dominant second-half performance to defeat the Young Cheetahs of Benin Republic 4-1 in their second Group B match at the ongoing WAFU B U20 Boys Cup in Ghana.
After a tight first half ended 1-1, the Coach Aliyu Zubairu-led side came out firing in the second half, scoring three unanswered goals to secure a resounding victory and seal a place in the semifinals.

Goals from Muhammed Abdullahi, Ezekiel Kpangu, Imrana Muhammed, and Abduljeleel Kamaldeen powered Nigeria to their first win of the tournament, following a 1-1 draw with Ghana in their opening game.
With four points from two matches, Nigeria now sit comfortably in Group B and await their semifinal opponents as they continue their quest for regional supremacy.
The victory underscores the Flying Eagles’ resilience and improvement in the attacking line of the team.
They are now in a position to go for the title as Nigeria reinforce their status as a strong force in WAFU B region of West Africa.
