Reeling from fresh energy after certification by the government of Tanzania which is a member of both the Africa Union (AU) and Southern Africa Development Council (SADC), the WABA will roll-out its second continental body by setting up WABA Africa where WABA operations and marketing in Africa would be centered.
With already WABA Asian Pacific in place in Cebu, the Philippines, the setting up of WABA Africa will give Africa based world boxing body to leverage its global activities in the grassroots.
