UNITED, EVERTON & STOKE TEST AWAIT BURUJ BOYS IN FRIENDLY AFTER SUPER CUP!

-Team Tours Direct CEO Terry O'Neill and Buruj Sports Academy Chairman, Waheed Salaudeen

The organisers of Super Cup, Team Tours Direct, are already working round the clock to ensure that trial games are put in place for the players of Buruj Sports Academy as Nigerian representatives are poised to defend the English Super Cup titles they won in Manchester last year as well as feature in this year’s edition of Welsh Super Cup in Cardiff, Wales.

Some of the EPL teams that the Terry O’Neill led team are already holding talks with are Manchester United, Everton and Stole City amongst other sides who will be willing to watch the Buruj Boys with a view to offering some of them the opportunity to train and develop themselves as a prelude to signing lucrative contracts in a not too distant future.

This much was revealed by the Welsh sports promoter Terry O’Neill who is already looking forward to seeing young football talents from Nigeria showcase their enormous potentials.

In a recent chat with the CEO of Buruj Sports Academy, Salaudeen Waheed, the well traveled sports and tours administrator charged the officials of the academy to select a bunch of young players who should be able to impress seasoned scouts and football agents who will be on ground to shop for exciting talents.

“Talks are now in advanced stage with the officials of the youth teams of Manchester United, Everton, Stoke City and other top teams across the United Kingdom to give friendly games to Nigerian representatives so that they can get some young talents who are good enough to sign.”

“We are always happy to have Buruj Sports Academy in all our tournaments because Nigeria is blessed with abundance of football talents and we can’t wait to have them around in the United Kingdom to feature in both English Super Cup and Welsh Super Cup. Hopefully, the management of the academy led by Chief Waheed Buruj will work to present a good team that should be able to attract the attention of scouts and agents.”

“On our part, we are ready to help them actualise their dreams by doing everything possible within our powers. We hope to see Buruj side add colour to the tournaments this year once again,” he said.

It would be recalled that on their way back from England last year after their Super Cup exploits in Manchester, players of Buruj Sports Academy were given solidarity chats by the Manchester United stars who were also on their way to Turkey to play a UEFA Champions League game.
