When the invited Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) top performers convene in Ughelli for the 10th Edition of the prestigious Ughelli Preseason Football tournament, there will be two brand-new accolades up for grabs: The Best Coach will be honored, as will the members of the Ughelli Preseason Cup 11.
“It promises to be a groundbreaking edition of the Ughelli Preseason Football Cup this year, so I cannot think of a better moment to introduce these new awards. It is yet another step in the right direction to raise the profile of this tournament,” said Tournament Coordinator Onome James.
The coronation of The Best of the edition will be held at the Ughelli township stadium, where the football world will get to know the winners in 7 categories in total:

* The Best Coach
* The Tournament Fair Play Award
