The stakes continue to rise as the 2021/2022 edition of the Winners Golden Bet Lagos State Challenge Cup enters the quarter-final stage which will see a heavyweight clash between two of the biggest names in tournament face off.
127 teams registered to play in this season’s tournament but have been weeded to just 8 teams after several rounds of matches as men have been separated from boys.
Four matches have been scheduled for Monday, 20th June, 2022 in the quarter finals round of this year’s Lagos State FA Cup.
Nigeria League third tier side, Dannaz FC will tackle Smart City Feeders in the first quarter final fixture slated for 9am. Right after the match, Ottasolo FC will slug it out with YT Academical in the second quarter final fixture at 11am.
Nigeria lower league side, Smart City F.C will face Sporting FC by 1pm in the third game of the quarterfinal.
The biggest game of the quarter final is reserved for the last when two big names in the tournament will face off against each other.
Nigeria National League(NNL) side, Ikorodu City F.C will play Nigeria Professional Football League(NPFL) outfit, MFM F.C in the last fixture of the quarter final by 3pm.
All the matches will be played at the Legacy Football Pitch of the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.
