Fenerbahçe, under the leadership of José Mourinho, is reportedly preparing a significant €75 million bid to acquire Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen from Napoli, aiming to outmaneuver their rivals Galatasaray, where Osimhen is currently on loan.
Osimhen has been in exceptional form during his loan spell at Galatasaray, netting 35 goals in 39 appearances across all competitions.

His performance has not only solidified his reputation as one of Europe’s top strikers but also attracted interest from several elite clubs.
Despite Mourinho previously expressing concerns over Fenerbahçe’s financial capacity to secure such a high-profile transfer, the club’s management appears determined to meet Napoli’s €75 million release clause for Osimhen.
Galatasaray, keen on retaining Osimhen’s services, had earlier attempted to make his stay permanent with a €65 million bid, which Napoli rejected.
The competition for Osimhen’s signature is intensifying, with Premier League giants Arsenal and Manchester United also expressing interest.
Both clubs are reportedly prepared to trigger the €75 million release clause to bring the striker to England.
As the summer transfer window approaches, the battle for Victor Osimhen is set to be one of the most closely watched sagas, with multiple top-tier clubs vying for the prolific striker’s signature.
