After a mixed performance in the Nationwide League One Division Two campaign for Tradesafe, the team is back and has started preparations for the next season after playing a couple of friendlies.
Coach of the side Ademola Adesina spoke to Sports247 after a friendly match with NLO side Joy Cometh.
“The game was ok, we enjoyed it. It was a training game and it’s the second we’re playing since the league ended. We played Ijebu United at the Dipo Dina Stadium and now Joy Cometh,” he said.
“Although we lost 2-1, we’re fine because we’re still building our team as we prepare for the FA Cup, the new season as well with these friendlies and we have a program in the Republic of Benin, Togo, and Ghana. I love the way we played we lost now we’ll go home to work on it to do better,” Adesina said.
The coach finally advised his players to remain focused always, “We have to be focused and know what we’re doing as that’s the major thing for now,” coach Adesina said.
