Tosin Adarabioyo Emerges As Chelsea’s 10th Highest Paid Player

Chelsea defender, Tosin Adarabioyo, who is being touted with a likely invitation to the Super Eagles, has emerged as The Blues’ 10th highest paid player of the current dispensation.

Sports247 gathered that the crew cut centre back, who is cited on a fee of £120,000 weekly wages, rates joint-tenth with Jorrel Hato, but far behind nine others.

Tosin’s earnings fall way short of what top rated, Raheeem Sterling gets at Stamford Bridge, as well as others like Cole Palmer and team captain, Reece James.

The London club’s top earners are Raheem Sterling (£325,000), Reece James (£250,0000, Wesley Fofana (£200,000), Enzo Fernandez (£180,000), and Marc Cucurella (£175,000).

Others are Pedro Neto (£160,000), Moises Caicedo (£150,000), Cole Palmer (£130,000), Joao Pedro (£125,000), Tosin Adarabioyo (£120,000) and Jorrel Hato (£120,000).

However, though rated low at joint-tenth in Chelsea’s cash roster, Tosin earned sixth spot in terms of performances by the best earning eleven players at the moment in the FIFA Club World Cup champions’ squad.

A citation for the lanky lad by TeamTalk noted in part: “Chelsea signed Tosin on a free transfer from Fulham in 2024, which enhanced their ability to pay him a decent salary (three times worth what he was earning at Craven Cottage).

“After playing in most of the Conference League run last season, he was left on the bench for the final. His contract is due to last until 2028, when he will have reached his thirties.”
