Tornadoes Embarks On A Week Close Camping In Kaduna

The Management Of Niger Tornadoes FC, Minna, have approved a week long close camping in Kaduna to enable the State Darling Team Niger Tornadoes FC prepare adequately ahead of the commencement of the 2022/23 Nigeria Professional Football League Season.

The Club Chairman Hon. Adamu Aliyu Mohammed has always emphasized the need for the team to have robust preparation in order to guarantee success during the league season, hence his support for the team to proceed to close camping.

While there are still uncertainties surrounding the league’s kick off, even though it has been mooted in some quarters that the league commencement will not exceed this year, clubs have continued to prepare for any eventuality.

Meanwhile, according to the Technical Adviser of the team, Abubakar Bala Mohammed, while addressing the players, stated that, haven finalized recruitment process for the new season, the close camping is apt and timely, as it will give the Technical Crew an ample time and opportunity to work on the team’s general tactics, group tactics and set pieces, as well as some weaknesses discovered during the club’s pre-season programs. Other programs lined up while in camp includes, Lectures on the new laws of the game and a couple friendly matches to fine tune the team.

The Ikon Boys touched down in Kaduna earlier today and held a work out at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium.
