The Director of Audit and Control at the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF), Hassan Njama, has conducted an integrity training session for the National Women’s Futsal Team as they prepare for the World Cup finals set to take place in the Philippines later this month.
Addressing the players, Njama emphasized the importance of discipline, unity, and integrity as key elements of success at the global tournament. He urged the team to take the session seriously, describing it as a vital component of their overall preparation.

“To be champions, we must be fit and complete — and we cannot be complete if one of our colleagues is not performing to the same standard as the others. That is why we are providing this training,” Njama said.

He also congratulated the players on their historic qualification for the World Cup and expressed confidence in their potential to make the nation proud.
This marks Tanzania’s first-ever appearance at the Women’s Futsal World Cup — a remarkable milestone for the country, where the sport has been developing steadily in recent years.
With the historic tournament on the horizon, Njama’s message resonated clearly: discipline and integrity will be as crucial as skill and teamwork when Tanzania takes the world stage.
