The fund, which began active deployment in January 2026, is managed by Francis N. Titus and was intentionally structured and launched discreetly to ensure its mission remained clear, disciplined, and impact-driven. This strategic quiet phase enabled the leadership team to build= foundational partnerships, conduct continental assessments, and design a long-term framework aligned with Africa’s development priorities.

An African Solution for an African Opportunity Africa is home to over 1.3 billion people and possesses the youngest population in the world. By 2030, young Africans are expected to make up a significant share of the global workforce. Yet despite this demographic advantage, the continent’s sports industry contributes only a fraction to GDP compared to global markets where sports and entertainment have become major
economic drivers.
