Following the successful conclusion of the Alimosho Football Coaches Council League, teams have started preparation ahead of the Super four league which commences 26th February at Egan football pitch, Igando, Alimosho.
The four teams that qualified for the super four league are Kedge Sports FC, Peculiar FC, Samjason FC, and Salamson FC. All the four teams would slug it out in the Super four league to determine 2020/2021 Alimosho league champions.
In a statement issued by Chairman Organizing Committee, Uchenna Samuel Eke confirmed that all the four teams have commenced early preparation noted that this year’s super four would be tough and glamorous.
“Let me confirm to you that all the four teams have started preparation for the super four. When I called the coaches of teams involved on the phone, they told me that they have started preparation for the super four. It shows that this year’s super four would be tough, exciting, and glamorous because all the teams stand equal chance to emerge as the winner,” he said.
He explained that the just concluded Alimosho league which organized by Alimosho Football Coaches Council had recorded huge success in the area of standard of play by the participating teams, officiating, goal scoring, and discipline among the teams.
The inaugural trial Alimosho football league took place in 2018 with Samjason FC won the first edition. The league has produced some players who are currently playing in the Nigerian league.
Member of the league management is Uchenna Samuel Eke( Chairman) Daramola Olaoluwa(Vice-chairman) Olojo Lanre(Chairman Technical) Muhammed Aberejo( Secretary) and Ifeanyi Ikpo Moses( Council leader)
