Team360FC ready for Surulere Regional League – Hungbo Jacob

Two years ago, the maiden edition of the Surulere Regional League kick-started and so far it has not yielded anything short of the expectations of grassroots football lovers. Regarded as one of the best grassroots football leagues in Lagos State, the Surulere Regional League was created for teams in and around surulere to participate and groom their lads and create an avenue for youth to showcase their talent to the world.

With this platform, players have climbed up the lather for greener pastures. For the past two years, the competition has attracted personalities, sponsorship and the media as well which makes it a huge prospect for football. A league of 34 teams divided into two groups of 17 each. After a normal league pattern of play, the top two for each group will trade tackles for the top spot in the Super 4.

One of the teams doing battle in this season’s edition is Team360 Football Club. Team360 Football Club is a professional club based in Surulere, Lagos Nigeria with the vision of developing young talented footballer and making them marketable players to the younger national teams and to the world at large.

Team360 Football Club also known as We Are Who We Are is established in 2013. A fast-growing football club that has been participating in major international and local tournaments since its creation.

One person is so optimistic about this edition of the Surulere Regional League. Captain of Team360, Hungbo Jacob, has promised that he will see his side through the league undefeated and become the eventual winner of the Surulere Regional League. He claims that his team has done enough to go unbeaten and become eventual winner of the league. Moreover, he and his teammates have been training and working very hard as the league is yet to start.

Jacob urged fans to stay at him in these trying times as it is a means to curtail the spread of the coronavirus which has caused so many death and an active case of more than two million globally.
