Team WABA In Dubai, Uae, Ready To Expedite Its Knowledge And Skills To Combat Sports Technicians

A strong 5 members of the World Africa Boxing Association (WABA) landed in the United Arab Emirate’s Commercial Hub, Dubai ready to expedite its skills and knowledge in combat sports (Boxing, MMA, Kickboxing and Muaythai) through the Ring Officials Training seminar.

The seminar is organized by the Ringside Gym Global of Dubai owned and managed by Zack Taumafai from Samoa/Australia and Payom Honari from Iran/UAE. The two are also the WABA’s Commissioner to the Middle East Persian and Samoa respectively.

WABA’s big wiggs are led by the body’s President Hon. Ky Col. Onesmo Alfred McBride Ngowi from Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, Vice President Simon Adjamba from Namibia, Director for Human Resources Management (DHRM) from Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, Commissioner to the French-speaking countries in Europe Didier Le Borgne from France and Commissioner to Malawi Agnes Mtimakunena who is also the former Welterweight Champion of the world.

Others are Rogers Bornor from Ghana who is the Vice-Chairperson of the Rings Officials Committee in the Association of Professional Boxing Commission (APBC) and Lorenzo Borgomeo an expert in MMA from Italy responsively.

The Seminar kickstarts tomorrow November 16th with both referee and judges’ training in Kickboxing and Muaythai in two sessions at 10 a.m and the 08 p.m respectively.

MMA and Cutman training will take place on the 17th from 10 a.m and at 8 pm

The Ring Officials Training Seminar is Coordinated by the World Africa Boxing Association (WABA) and certified by the Association of Professional Boxing Commission (APBC) and Boxers Mixed Martial Arts Fighters Union (BMMAFU) both American bodies.

On Friday, Nov 20th there will be a MEGA “White Color Boxing” promoted by the Ringside Gym Global, sanctioned by the British PBB, and supported by the World Africa Boxing Association ( WABA).

This is the three serial training seminars as Foundation this November 2020, Standard series on April 2021, and the Advanced in November 2021 respectively.
