DG, Lagos State Sports Commission, Gafaar Shakiru Oluwatoyin has charged Team Lagos ahead of the 6th National Youth Games (NYG) in Ilorin, capital of Kwara State which holds from 10th to 20th October 2021.
Appreciating the Athletes and the officials of Team Lagos before their departure for Ilorin, Mr. Gafaar Shakiru Oluwatoyin Gaso said;
” I want to appreciate every one of you so far. We all must be a good ambassador as we represent the good people of Lagos State. We all are behind you and you must put your best and let your performance speak for you”.
In the early hours of Sunday, Team Lagos left their camp for Ilorin after rounding up their preparation for the Youth Games, participating in about 31 sporting events.
The entire good people of Lagos State wish them victory ahead.
