Speaking to Sports247, Akinyelu Olajide expressed delight at being able to get the second season underway and also shared information on fans attendance at games.

“It’s all excitement as this is something we’ve been working towards. The league proper starting, we’re excited to inform fans that all our games are scheduled for Sundays as we have just one Centre in Lagos which is the Legacy Pitch of the National Stadium, Surulere Lagos, where fans will be able to watch two to three games every Sunday,” he said.

“Matchday one already has the defending champions Remo U19 now called Beyond Limits taking on Valiant, last seasons cup champions Gbagada FC taking on Atlantic Business at home so it’s football galore as fans will have the opportunity to come out with their families to have a fun time so it’s all excitement and we can’t wait to kick off,” Olajide said.
